Gas Purged Glove Box or Containment Enclosure

Monitored containment enclosures are typically used in research or industrial application where regulated atmosphere is required. Both positive and negative pressures can be maintained inside the enclosure. 

Gas Purged Glove Boxes - Standard Features

Single column purification units are widely used as part of purified glove box systems. â€‹

  • Stainless steel (304L or 316L shell and chassis)​

  • Configurable or custom climatic anaerobic chambers, ​

  • ISO 10648-2 highest leak tightness class 1, leak tightness better than 0.05 %vol/h.

  • Optional: Ultra tight with leak tightness better than 0.001% vol/h. 

  • Oxygen, moisture and temperature sensors

  • Built with working gas purge system

  • Temperature monitoring, with optional temperature control (both cold/hot)

  • Advanced Moisture control (% RH drying)​

  • Low oxygen atmosphere control 

  • Operation in positive or negative pressure (+/- 20 mbar around atmosphere)​

  • Vacuum controlled bag-out/bag-in filter boxes​

  • Double inlet and outlet HEPA filtration​

  • Operation under argon, nitrogen or helium​

  • Optional Automated mechanical  safety valves
