DESCRIPTION

The LABPRO glove box workstation (standard edition) is the most widely deployed system which offers enhanced features and benefits to meet the demands of our clients. This is modular glove box with bolted side panels making them easily configurable and expandable. This makes it suitable for entire line of specially designed process tools and can be fully integrated with other third party equipment.  This series has proven to be a superior glove box system in numerous research and manufacturing environments and is widely utilized in emerging markets such as chemistry applications, battery especially Lithium, OLED and PEROVSKITE applications.  With the flexibility and options, the LABPRO is the best investment protection for your growing needs.

  • Modular glove box design with bolted side panels that can be expanded at site

  • Powder coated glove box, antechamber and stand in white (RAL 9003) (other custom options also available)

  • Glove box, antechamber, purification unit, and all fittings/pipings made of SS304L

  • Front-mounted fluorescent/LED light with auto-switch off facility

  • Glove box chamber, and antechamber inside brush finished (Ra 1.2 or better)

  • Available in 12 different sizes/configuration (single sided or double sided)

  • Automatic antechamber control option available

  • Main antechamber plus mini antechamber

  • Rotary vane vacuum pump (Dry vacuum pump optional)

  • Solid State Oxygen analyser and moisture analyser (Galvanic fuel cell Oxygen sensor optional)

  • Glove ports of 220mm made of POM/Derlin with Butyl 0.4mm gloves (optionally glove ports can also made of Aluminium with annodized anti corrosion coating, or Stainless steel SS304). 

  • -20mbar to +20mbar (positive and negative pressure) automatic operations

  • Oil-free pressure relief valve for safety (Oil-based pressure relief valve option available)

  • User friendly and simple operation: Colour LCD touch panel and PLC controller

  • Energy-Save mode, automatically reducing power consumption by up to 90% during idle period

  • Automatic regenerable H2O/O2 purifier

  • Attainable purity O2 < 1 ppm , H2O < 1 ppm

The LABPRO ULTRA edition glove box workstation offers the best solution for the most demanding environments where ultra leak tight environment is required. The LABPRO has proven to be a superior glove box system in numerous research and manufacturing environments. The side panels are welded and provide a leak tight and maintenance-free environment.
