Installation, Spares Availability & After-Sales Service - Customer Service

All the spares and accessories for the LABPRO Glove box systems including complete range of inert glove box workstations, glove box systems, vacuum deposition, inert gas purifiers, solvent purifiers and custom glove box solutions are provided for at least 10 years from the date of supply.  Based on the application, various accessories can be provisioned with the glove box system.

Our service engineers have the knowledge and experience addressing all aspects of the glove box system including mechanical, electrical, PLC programming, and material science based on the application and usage.

Service includes:

1. Overall verification of the system operations/functionality

2. Glove box leak testing

3. Antechambers' leak testing

4. Routine maintenance (change of oil, O-ring/gaskets, filters, charge material)

6. Inspection report with recommendations

7. Training on operations & maintenance
